I was losing money. I missed/forgot/didn't record all my hours. I needed a reliable system for time tracking. Other time trackers were either too complex or too expensive for what I needed. I just wanted something simple: track hours, assign them to clients and projects, done. So I built something I could use.
It's a phone app. Track your time wherever you are. This website just shows you how to use it. We'll add more images and videos soon.
No. Since data is stored locally, deleting the app removes all data.
We recommend exporting or emailing reports regularly as backup.
Tap the Timer button on the home screen, select an account and project, then tap Start.
Tap Stop when you're done. Tip: set up your accounts first, projects second, task tags with your $ rate after that. It's that easy.
Yes! On the Timer screen, tap "Add time manually" to enter past time entries with specific
start and end times. Very handy.
Go to Accounts, tap the + button, and enter your client's name and optional company name.
Tap on an account to open it, then tap the + button in the Projects Tab to add a new project.
Go to Reports, choose your date range, and click Export.
You can email the report, save it as a CSV, or copy it to your clipboard.
If you choose Email, the report will be sent to the email address in your profile settings.
You can also add another email address to copy an additional person to receive the report.
Active: Currently tracking time
Inactive: Paused (won't appear in timer)
Billed: Completed and invoiced
All data is stored locally on your device. We don't collect or transmit any information.
No. This App allows you to create any TAG you like to describe your task (and assign a $/hr value to that TAG).
For example: you might need to track your time preparing estimates for a construction company; You would create a TAG for "estimating". Each estimate, you would add the Customer as an Account and the name of the project would be Project Name. Select Account and Project and click START.
